you need/want to go to hospital.

I've been polite, professional, reassured you, gone out of my way to make sure you have everything you need, I've even made you laugh, I've carried you down stairs, made you warm and comfortable in the ambulance and taken you to hospital.

The least you could do is say thank you.

Is it really that hard? Just two words, you don't even have to mean it, it's just common courtesy...
